The Position Will: require a level of expertise in scheduling, coordination, and administrative support, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing complex tasks and projects. The Master Scheduler/Administrative Assistant will assist staff training and development, data management, and strategic collaboration, supporting the department’s leadership team in delivering exceptional care and services.

The Ideal candidate Will Possess:

Required:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  3. Keyboarding/typing skills at 60 wpm

Salary:

$14.75 – $18.77 per hour
