At the Bradley Counseling Center, we’re committed to fostering mental health for individuals and families. We believe outpatient counseling services are not simply a journey - they’re an empowering opportunity to make changes, head in a new direction, and discover a fulfilling personal path. We understand that developing resiliency is a dynamic process. That’s why the therapists at the Bradley Counseling Center provide a range of outpatient therapy and psychological testing services. Our therapists are mental healthcare professionals and trainees with various degrees, specialty areas and levels of licensure (such as Psychologists, Counselors, Social Workers and Graduate Level Trainees). All of our therapists work collaboratively to understand your unique situation and help you identify ways to achieve your goals for a balanced life. Bradley Counseling Center believes that the best treatment is provided in person, though there may be specific situations that call for the use of video therapy. For clients who may want to pursue video therapy, therapists will use the initial in-person assessment to determine if this level of care is appropriate, and our account specialist will then verify whether insurance will cover virtual sessions.
Bradley Counseling Center’s primary focus is on building an alliance with each client, focusing on understanding you in the unique context of your life. Therapists help you identify an understanding of your situation, and then they work with you to address any potential barriers to reaching your goals. This focus on aligning with clients is part of our innovative REStArTSM (Relational Re-Enactment Systems Approach to Treatment) model. This model is an evidenced-based, trauma-informed approach to treatment for individuals who struggle with emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges. All therapists at the Bradley Counseling Center are trained within this model to provide the best treatment possible to our clients.
