This Position Will: Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision and training of assigned shelter unit staff. Provides direct supervision to Youth Support Specialists in order to efficiently support youth and families experiencing a crisis. Facilitates coordination, scheduling and communication among all members of the team to ensure quality treatment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field or five years equivalent experience to include 2 years progressively responsible residential treatment experience with Allendale. Exceptions will be considered based on agency need.
- Two years of full-time experience in mental health field.
- Demonstrated skill in working with youth, adolescents and young adults.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- First Aid and CPR within first 90 days.
- Working knowledge of word processing software
Salary:
$20.60 – $27.03/hourly
+$2.00 Shift Differential
