This Position Will: Provide leadership to staff through planning, directing, and overseeing milieu and clinical services, related program policies, budgets, systems, and procedures to ensure the development, growth and quality of residential programs and services. Ensures implementation of trauma-informed therapeutic interventions or treatment modalities. Assists the Vice President of Residential Services with both short-term and long-term/strategic planning and forecasting.

Holway and St. Armand are high-acuity boys’ units serving youth ages 7-15, some of whom present on the autism spectrum. These units require specialized programming and increased supervision to ensure safety, structure, and individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of the population. The Director of Residential Services must provide strong leadership in implementing trauma-informed care models, developing unit-specific behavioral management strategies, and supporting staff in navigating the complexities of working with clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

REQUIRED:

  1. Master’s degree in human services or related field (Exceptions will be considered based on Agency need and experience related to position)
  2. Three years progressively responsible experience in a residential treatment facility
  3. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations
  4. Experience with spreadsheet and word processing software

Salary:

$60,000 – $98,972/year
