This Position Will: provide instruction and guidance to students within the Music education program. The Instructor will conduct educational music activities in group or individual settings and uses the medium of music to enhance musical skill and improve positive musical participation in a structured learning environment. The Music Instructor is responsible for curriculum and classroom management. The Music Instructor must have strong communication skills, teaching and organizational skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

1. Bachelors Degree in Music, Special Education or related field or five years’ experience.
2. Paraprofessional or substitute license
3. Knowledge of music reading & writing
4. Skill as an instructor of music education

Salary:

$43,012 – $69,550/annually
