This Position Will: Provide leadership and support to staff through planning, directing and overseeing school operations, staff development, and treatment services including the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program, to ensure the development and growth of high-quality programming and services in these areas.
Provides supervision and support to staff and ensures compliance with ISBE School Code, DCFS Rule 384 and the Agency Behavior Treatment Plan & Management Policies. Ensures timely communication and documentation of pertinent issues related to students, staff or community concerns with Educational, Residential and Clinical Treatment Supervisors and Directors, as well as Vice Presidents as appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
REQUIRED:
- Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field.
- Illinois LBS1 license
- Illinois Type 75 license or Principal/Administrative endorsement in educational supervision/administration or in process
- Certified TCI or within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Salary:
$60,000 – $93,370/Annually
Allendale offers a Student Loan Repayment Benefit for all employees hired as a full-time licensed LBS1 Teacher. This benefit offers up to $200/month, for up to five years OR a sign on bonus of $2,500! ( $1,250 payable upon hire, $1,250 payable upon 6 months of employment with the expectation of 1 year minimum employment with the Agency.)
