Happy Fall! Sign up for our annual Trunk-or-Treat event on our Lake Villa campus!
Participant/Single Car
Come decorate your trunk and pass out candy or other treats to our youth! If you plan on bringing additional guests to join you at your car, please only put 1 in the number of guests section on the next page. For multiple cars, please fill out separate RSVP forms for each car. Thank you!
