*Allendale has recently increased the compensation rate for this position!*

Allendale offers a Student Loan Repayment Benefit for all employees hired as a full-time licensed LBS1 Teacher. This benefit offers up to $200/month, for up to five years OR a sign-on bonus of $2,500! ($1,250 payable upon hire, $1,250 payable upon 6 months of employment with the expectation of 1 year minimum employment with the Agency.)

This Position Will:

Provide individual and group special education instruction and therapeutic services within a self-contained classroom in a therapeutic day school setting. Class sizes are small with assigned teacher assistant. All new staff are provided a mentor, initial and ongoing training and professional development which includes REStArT and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field.
  2. LBS1 License/Endorsement or Short Term Emergency License pursuing LBS1 Required.
  3. Knowledge of Special Education laws, rules and regulations Health Specialist

Salary:

From $47,213.00/year, based on experience
