Certified Family Partnership Professional (CFPP)



Develops strong relationships with families in order to provide service coordination, support, and training to assist families in meeting the needs of their children and enhancing parents’ primary influence on their child’s mental health, education, and overall well-being and development. Acts as a key member of the core treatment team to provide comprehensive home- and community-based care, aimed at stabilizing client and family dynamics. Advocates for family within and between child-serving systems. Empowers, educates, and supports parents and families to make informed decisions about services.



  1. High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  2. A person with lived experience parenting a child with mental health challenges
  3. Must obtain CFPP Certification within 18 months of hire and maintain certification with continuing education
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
  6. First Aid and CPR certified within first 90 days
