This Position Will:

Assists the Program Director in supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations and emergency services of the Shelter & Transitional Adolescent Resources (STAR) Program, to ensure quality treatment. Provides direct supervision and delegates responsibilities to the appropriate staff to carry out administrative, programmatic, and service efforts effectively and efficiently to support youth and families experiencing a crisis.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related mental health field.
