This Position Will: Performs routine maintenance of physical plant, equipment and grounds. Maintains a clean, efficient and safe work area.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Three years’ general maintenance experience required. Areas of applicable experience include carpentry, interior and exterior painting, minor electrical, heating and ventilating, routine vehicle maintenance, plumbing, grounds and building maintenance.
3. Valid driver’s license with a valid driving record

DESIRED:

1. CDL driver’s license

Salary:

From $16.74/hr or based on experience
