We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to fill the role of our Community Support Specialist.

This Position Will:

Provides home and community-based service coordination, case management, crisis intervention and prevention services to youth and families in order to reunify, preserve, and/or stabilize families and divert or minimize involvement in child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems or inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field

Per DCFS regulations, must be at least 21 years of age
