This Position Will: Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations and emergency services of the Shelter & Transitional Adolescent Resources (STAR) Program, to ensure quality treatment. Provides direct supervision and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate staff to carry out administrative, programmatic, and service efforts effectively and efficiently to support youth and families experiencing a crisis.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related mental health field
2. Two years’ experience in the field, with direct service and progressive administrative responsibilities.
3. Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
4. First Aid and CPR certified within first 90 days
5. Working knowledge of word processing software
6. Prior case management and/or crisis intervention experience

Salary:

$22.71-$32.15/hour
